The quintessential Italian fresh cheese, ricotta’s slightly sweet flavor and unique texture lend well to both sweet and savory dishes. In this hand-on class, Lucia will teach you to make your own ricotta at home, and then how to incorporate it into some delectable Italian dishes: lemony ricotta pasta with basil; deep-dish pasta-crusted pan pizza; orzo with sausage, peppers and tomatoes in a ricotta cream sauce, and ricotta tart: Torta di Ricotta.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
