Preserving the Season: Strawberries

As spring arrives so do the strawberries; but there’s no need to limit your enjoyment simply to one season! Janet will share her recipes and tricks for making delicious and versatile preserves. In this hands-on class, we will make traditional strawberry jam; strawberry balsamic jam, and strawberry syrup.
