kurt_spatroCelebrated local chef Kurt Spataro studied Oaxacan cuisine with Diana Kennedy at her home in Mexico. That inspired the Sacramento restaurant, Centro Cocina Mexicana — where Spataro created a menu based on his time spent in Mexican kitchens. Join Chef Spataro for this unique opportunity to learn about the flavors, techniques and ingredients in a celebration of regional Mexican cooking — just in time for Cinco de Mayo!
