Sausage Making Workshop
Saturday, June 11 2011, 10:00am - 12:30pm

Learn the art of sausage making from the creator of the Co-op’s house-made sausages. He will teach you how to grind, season and stuff fresh sausage and gain the skills and confidence to make your own sausage at home. We will make mild Italian lamb sausage; garlic basil chicken sausage; and a Louisiana hot pork sausage. You will take home what you make in class as inspiration for future sausage making endeavors.

This is a hands-on class
