Greek Lamb Feast

Lamb is a staple in Greek Cuisine – meaty and flavorful. Learn to make a variety of Mediterranean dishes with delicious organic lamb in this hands-on class. Menu: lamb in red wine and rosemary, cinnamon scented lamb-Greek tavern style, lamb with taro and vegetables, and roasted leg of lamb.
