A true Indian curry is not made with yellow curry powder. Freshly ground spice mixtures called masalas are the secrets to an authentic Indian curry. You’ll learn how to choose and combine spices as we prepare and enjoy potatoes cooked in a red fiery sauce, spicy eggplant with tomatoes curry, simple cabbage curry, sweet potatoes with ginger and lemon, and curried lentils.
