Indian Street Foods
Tuesday, February 16 2010, 6:00pm - 8:30pm
A walk through the streets of India is not complete without a stop at a street corner stall for a delicious treat. Now you can learn to create these tantalizing morsels in your own kitchen. Our menu includes pani puri (crispy puffed shells with a hint of mint & tamarind chutney), potato bonda (curried potatoes dipped in chick pea batter and deep fried), bhel puri (sweet and spicy chutney topped over puffed rice along with freshly chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro and a gentle squeeze of lemon juice), mint chutney and tamarind chutney.
