These recipes will leave your valentine swooning! We will make and sample chocolate pot de crème, hand rolled and dipped bittersweet chocolate truffles, decadent chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache frosting, luscious hot chocolate and mini chocolate cherry scones. Each student will make and take home truffles, a cupcake and a scone to entice their valentine. Jill will cover the history and processing of chocolate, purchasing tips and recommendations, essential techniques for working with chocolate, and we’ll taste a sparkling wine paired especially to go with our treats.
