In this class we will explore the wonderful world of mushrooms. Using fresh and dried, wild and cultivated, learn savory recipes that will give you a new appreciation for these earthy treasures! We’ll prepare grilled mushroom salad with arugula & Parmesan, wild mushroom strudel, wild mushroom soup, chicken with morels, and wild mushroom risotto. Recipes subject to change based on mushroom availability.
