Heart disease can be prevented and reversed with a strict diet, exercise and stress management practices. Healthy aging populations have reduced the incidence of heart disease when following their traditional lifestyle, while younger generations adopting the modern Western diet and lifestyle are getting heart disease at the same rate as those in the West. We will discuss credible and proven physician-directed programs along with important and simple cardiovascular screening tests to show progress and disease risk. Instructor: Kirk Hamilton
