| Lucia will introduce you to a world of Italian soups beyond minestrone. Learn to make minestra alla napoletana (escarole, sausage and white bean soup), pallottoline in brodo (Sicilian meat ball soup), stracciatella (Italian chicken soup with egg strands and parmesan), tomato bread soup, and grissini (Italian breadsticks) perfect for dipping!
