| Prepare yourself for allergy season. There has been a steady increase in asthma and allergies over the last decade, and the reasons why may surprise you. In this workshop, you will learn the basic anatomy of an asthma attack and an allergic reaction, their root causes, and preventative steps you can take to breathe easier.
