Homemade Tortillas

In this class students will learn the art of making homemade flour tortillas. We will then use our tortillas to make soft chicken tacos and cheese and black bean quesadillas, served with our freshly prepared roasted tomato salsa and guacamole. Homemade brownies with a touch of cinnamon will be our dessert.
