Celebrate the Year of the Tiger and create a delicious and healthful Chinese feast. Learn about the symbolism of certain New Year foods as well as authentic techniques and ingredients. The feast will include: potstickers, sui mai, whole steamed fish with ginger and scallions, longevity noodles, stir fried broccoli and tofu, and for dessert – almond cookies.
