Soufflés carry a certain mystique, but Cris will teach you that they don’t have to be intimidating. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make surprisingly simple but elegant sweet and savory soufflés. Menu includes: blue cheese soufflé with celeriac, apple walnut salad, spinach and cheese soufflé, gianduja soufflé and grand marnier soufflé
