Summer in a Jar: Preserving Tomatoes

Late summer is when beautiful local tomatoes are at their peak! In this class, Janet will showcase recipes that make the most of this regional icon so you can enjoy it year-round. We'll preserve whole tomatoes using a water bath canning method, and we’ll make our own tomato paste and salsa—for a taste of summer throughout the year.
