Learn to make fresh pasta the old-fashioned way. You’ll make, roll and cut fresh ravioli and stuff them with a variety of tasty fillings. We will make a four-cheese tortellini with fresh herbs; green pea, ricotta and mint ravioli in a cream sauce, and a wild mushroom mezzaluna.
