Many people think of menopause as a simple change, but the physical and psychological transformations that happen are deep, sometimes disturbing and also profound. We will talk about the menopausal years and take a look at what Oriental medicine has to offer us for this transition. We’ll go over symptoms, as well as herbs and food choices that can strengthen and sustain us in this phase of life.
