Our Summer Cooking Camp is a great activity for young people who love to cook! Each day’s menu will focus on a different cuisine from around the world. We’ll create meals using the freshest ingredients, emphasizing essential skills and techniques and working as a team.
Fitness Break We’ll take a break from the kitchen each day and incorporate ways to make fitness fun, with activities led by local experts to complement the food and culture of the day.
Menu: tomato and basil bruschetta; spaghetti and turkey meatballs; Caesar salad, and fruity tiramisu
Fitness Break: Zumba with Step 1 Dance & Fitness
Menu: chicken fajitas; homemade tortillas; best scratch black beans; super simple salsa, and watermelon-lime agua fresca
On November 20 we changed our online payment system from Google Wallet to PayPal. Google has changed how they are processing payments and we can no longer use their service as we have in the past. Please be aware of this change, and we appologize for any inconvience this may cause you.
Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
