Seafood on the Grill

Fresh grilled seafood is perfect summer fare! Dio shares tips on choosing and grilling seafood as he prepares an all new menu: bacon-wrapped diver scallops with apricot chili glaze; Hawaiian mahi mahi fish tacos with pineapple coleslaw; cedar-planked jerk salmon with tomato chutney, and Spanish-style grilled calamari a la plancha.
