Contrary to popular belief, French cooking does not have to be fussy or complicated to be delicious! Join Jill as she shares her love and passion for French cooking with this simple yet elegant summer menu featuring the flavors of Provence. We will enjoy eggplant caviar with toasted country bread; summer squash salad with a vanilla bean vinaigrette; Coquilles St. Jacques a la Provençale (sea scallops with wine, garlic, tomatoes and herbs), and for dessert, lavender infused crème brulee.
