Indian Summer Supper

This light and festive menu is perfect for hot summer nights. Shankari leads us in making tandoori chicken pita pockets with yogurt cumin sauce; grilled corn with cayenne lemon butter; cucumber salad with peanuts and freshly grated coconut; and sweet and tender coconut kheer, and watermelon limeade with honey.
