A Taste of the Himalaya

Journey to the Himalaya and learn about the traditional cuisines from cultures perched high up in the sky. Savor Nepalese fried ginger-breaded eggplant; Tibetan momos with cabbage; kopan—a Himalayan delicacy of spiced potatoes and spinach with green and black cardamom; Bhutanese chicken with chilies, garlic and blue cheese, and srikani—a sweetened yogurt from Nepal with the best fruits of the season.
