It’s Rice Month—time to showcase one of our region’s premiere products and our friends at Lundberg Family Farms! Learn about different varieties of rice, and how to make perfect rice every time, with each grain distinct and delicious. Our menu features rice dishes seasoned with Indian-inspired flavors: mint-chili rice; lemon rice with crunchy peanuts and fresh curry; coconut rice with freshly grated coconut, cashews and channa dal; vegetable pulao cooked with whole spices, and sweet and creamy kheer—Indian rice pudding—for dessert.
