Wine Country Cuisine: Tuscany
Saturday, October 25 2014, 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Transport yourself to Tuscany in this celebration of food and wine! Our menu features seasonal fall ingredients inspired by traditional Tuscan recipes, paired with distinctive wines from the region. We will enjoy cannellini bean crostini garnished with fried sage leaves; hearty vegetable minestrone drizzled with basil oil; honey-glazed pork tenderloin with fennel and Parmesan, and a rustic apple bread pudding with vanilla bean gelato. Class includes a discussion of how each wine choice complements its food course pairing. To register, students must be aged 21 or older.
