One Pot Meals from Around the World

With these one-pot meals you’ll save time in the kitchen—both before and after dinner—and still put a tasty meal on the table! Chef Ame shares some of her tips for cooking for a busy family and her recipes for shakshuka—a North African dish with tomatoes, peppers and eggs; tomatillo pork stew; chicken, fennel and olive tagine; ribollita—a hearty Tuscan stew full of vegetables and chickpeas, and a vegetable frittata with seasonal greens—a great way to use up leftover bits of this or that.
