A light batter and quick frying time make tempura a favorite snack, dinner or party food - and versatile enough for almost anything! Mayumi shares her secrets to perfectly light and crispy tempura in several different dishes with accompanying sauces. We will all get to practice our techniques as we make seasonal vegetable and shrimp tempura; dipping sauce with grated daikon; shrimp tempura reverse roll with cucumber and avocado, and a tasty tempura udon soup.
