Meatless Mondays

The Meatless Monday movement is sweeping the nation! In this class Terese will share some of her favorite healthy vegetarian recipes that will make putting the steak knife down just a little bit easier. Start your week off on a heart-healthy foot with: rigatoni with mushroom Bolognese; Mediterranean quinoa and broccoli sauté; grilled vegetable bahn mi, and goat cheese and spinach enchiladas, all served along side a simple green salad and classic vinaigrette.
