These delicious Italian-inspired dishes put fresh local produce at center stage. Our menu includes homemade basil buns; veggie patties made with artichokes, beans, olives and red peppers; fettuccine with lemon, mint and Parmesan, and a fresh harvest lasagna using raw, thinly sliced zucchini in place of lasagna noodles.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
