Celebrate the harvest and ride the Farm To Fork wave! Chef Ame will make the most of our regional bounty featuring produce from our friends at Soil Born Farms. This beautiful menu includes: chilled tomato soup with summer pepper salsa verde and crispy, cheesy frico; pan-seared buttered gnudi with tomato, eggplant and zucchini confit, and for dessert—pear-apple hand pies with Straus organic vanilla bean ice cream.
