Chef Alex will teach vegetable preparation and a step-by-step lesson and hands-on practice with boning a chicken breast and prepping an entire chicken. Learn how to select, care for and sharpen your knives. Take your prepped vegetables and chicken home with a recipe for dinner the next night! Light snacks will be served. Bring your knives with you to class.
