Known for fresh ingredients, the cuisine of Hawaii is a fusion of flavors and rich traditions. Join Chef Dio as he prepares a flavorful and zesty spread that will transport you to the shores of the islands. The menu will feature: ahi tuna poke; coconut-crusted mahi mahi; kalua pork with Maui onion relish and pineapple fried rice. Aloha!
