Vegan Cheesemaking

Join Ilsa, the creator of Nacheez vegan nacho cheese sauce, and find out how fun and easy it is to make aged vegan cheeses. We will start by making our own probiotic, rejuvalac, and use it to age our cheeses. We will then make a selection of delicious aged vegan cheeses and spreads and sample finished cheeses to learn how great they taste.
