We aim to serve the wide variety of dietary preferences of our customers and our menu changes with the season. We purchase certified organic ingredients whenever possible. We always use certified organic produce, grains, beans, and eggs.

We are committed to purchasing organic fresh produce from our local growers. We are proud to be offering seasonal produce from Full Belly Farm, Soil Born Farm, Terra Firma Farm, Riverdog Farm, Natural Trading Company, Blue Heron Farm and other small family farms. Taste the difference!

We aim to be a trusted source of natural foods and a reliable source of information. Our deli signs list all the ingredients we use to prepare each item. Organic ingredients have bold type and product brand names are italicized. Each sign indicates if an item is vegan, gluten free or contains nuts. Please ask a server if you need more information about the ingredients our kitchen is using this season.
