Co-op owner workers Dan and Rhonda Rumrey served one of our Deli Department's signature salads, Spicy Udon Noodles, to hundreds of animal lovers at this popular community event held in the California Automobile Museum.

Soil Born Farms Adopt-a-School Program Co-op adopts Oak Ridge Elementary School

Summer Rice salad, a delicious family recipe that's economical and easy to prepare, was the highlight of the Co-op's outreach booth. Moms and kids enjoyed eating the samples and discovering what the Co-op has to offer. Many families signed up for the Co-op Community Discount Program, which offers people with limited incomes a 10% discount on all of their purchases. Participants of WIC and other assistance programs qualify for this discount. To learn more, visit the Co-op Customer Service Desk.

The employees at the PG&E Payment Center enjoyed the Co-op's array of organic melons (galia, orange honeydew and yellow watermelon) to help cool off in the sweltering heat.
