The Co-op is committed to continually improving consumer selections of organically grown and natural products in ways that are sustainable, both environmentally and economically. Organically grown products are defined as those that meet or exceed rigid standards of the USDA certified organic program. Natural foods are defined as being free from synthetic additives. Deli Product Ordering Guidelines Our purpose is to provide our community with seasonal, local, organic food that is wholesome, delicious and prepared in our kitchen. We aim to serve the wide variety of dietary preferences of our customers and our menu changes with the season. We purchase certified organic ingredients whenever possible.
