If you are a Co-op vendor and your products are currently available in our store, then consider participating in the Co-op Community and Owner Events Program.

Owner Events (Get to Know Us, Owner Drives & Owner Gatherings)
Our owner events program provides a variety of venues for new and existing customers to learn more about the Co-op, owner benefits and our special programs in a fun, festive atmosphere. Get to Know Us is a monthly presentation about the history and evolution of the co-op, as well as information about each department in the store, and our special programs. In addition to the store tour, there is an extensive tasting highlighting a wide variety of our finest products.
Several times each month we have owner drives in the store at the demo theatre to answer customers’ questions about Co-op ownership and to showcase our delicious products. Owner gatherings are festive quarterly events which feature an assortment of complimentary refreshments and decadent desserts. Our owner events program is an excellent venue to showcase your products to new and existing customers and give them a taste of what’s in store as Co-op owners!
We regularly feature the following types of products at owner events:
- Beverages – tea, coffee, juice, sparkling water & wine
- Cheese paired with artisan bread & crackers
- Vegetable & fruit platter with dip
- Snacks - chips, salsa, nuts etc...
- Desserts - cookies, cakes, pastries, sorbets, ice cream & dairy free alternatives
Vendor provides:
- Product for sampling
- Promotional or educational materials
- Coupons if available
We provide:
- Display and signage for your products
- Knowledgeable program facilitator familiar with your product
Community Events – Co-op Sponsored & Co-op Participation
The Co-op participates and/or co-sponsors a variety of large scale community events throughout the year, including wellness and green fairs, community service fundraisers and family focused events. When the Co-op participates in events, we set up a booth, displaying product information, coupons and nutritional guides as well as featuring complimentary product samples that are a good match for the event theme and target audience. If the Co-op is co-sponsoring the event, we donate a variety of products to be served to the guests. Promotional literature, coupons and information where to purchase the products are displayed next to the product samples to maximize visibility.
Community events are an excellent venue to promote your products to thousands of people throughout the year. Each event is carefully matched with appropriate products for the target audience and promoted by professional, knowledgeable staff. We look forward to showcasing your products at the perfect events that align with your values and goals.
