4 oz Feta Cheese 3-4 Pieces of Mediterranean Organic sun dried tomatoes 2 Tbsp. Pesto 1 Round of Pita Bread 1 tsp. Miso Mayo Pepper to taste
1) Cut open the pita bread & spread the pesto on one side and Mayonnaise on other - inside the pita. 2) Place tomatoes over spread and feta cheese over the tomatoes - pepper to taste. 3) Spray the Panini cooker with canola spray and grill the Panini for about 2 minutes - this is if the cooker is hot and ready; otherwise, cook until the cheese is melted.
